  • What Is A Personal Trainer Exactly?

A personal trainer should be a certified, experienced and insured fitness professional that designs a fitness program with you, the clients’, ultimate needs, wants and goals in mind.  A trainer can provide hands on instruction and “learn by example” techniques. 

  • What Is A Personal Trainer Not?

Personal trainers are not nutritionists, medical professionals, therapists, marriage counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, , pharmacists, psychics, shaman or miracle workers.  We can only give you exactly what you are willing to put into it.

  • Where Do We Train?

Everywhere!!!!  Our programs are tailored to you.  Evolution can train with you in your home, your gym, your office gym or wherever is convenient to your success.  Programs can be developed with the latest and greatest equipment or little or no equipment.

  • What is Fitness Coaching?

Fitness Coaching is a newer health and wellness service that is a collaborative partnership between coach and client focusing on proactive problem-solving, goal-setting and honest communication and conversation.  Fitness and Wellness coaches help their clients become clearer on where they are in their wellness journey, where they want to go, and ultimately how to get there.

Clients are responsible to themselves and their coaches to honor their commitments to reaching their goals and achieving more than they believed possible when they began.

Coaches provide instruction and mentoring to their clients, help them set their goals, define an action plan and help navigate the path until they reach their goals. Coaches facilitate learning and help clients put the learning into action.

  •   Where Can Fitness Coaching Take Place?

Unlike personal training, fitness coaching can be done in person, over the phone or via the internet.  Sessions are generally 60 minutes for the initial meeting and 30 minutes for each follow.  Follows are recommended to be weekly.
